ABOUT WECKMETHOD

BETTER
HUMAN MOVEMENT.

WeckMethod is a movement innovation system built around how the whole body receives, organizes and transfers force.

01 / THE METHOD

More than a collection of exercises.

Founded by David Weck, WeckMethod explores movement as an integrated system rather than isolated body parts. Its methods and tools are designed to improve the way people coordinate rotation, lateral flexion, ground interaction, rhythm, balance and force transfer.

The system is used by athletes, coaches, trainers, therapists and everyday movers. The common goal is to make movement more efficient, adaptable and transferable to real tasks and sport.

MOVEMENT

Integrated mechanics

Connect the spine, rib cage, pelvis, feet and center of mass through coordinated whole-body movement.

LEARNING

Feedback-driven practice

Specialized tools create tactile, audible and inertial feedback so movement principles can be felt, not only explained.

TRANSFER

From drills to performance

The purpose is transfer—to walking, running, throwing, swinging, striking, changing direction and daily movement.

JAPAN

Learn locally
